• Tickets are considered sold upon completing the purchase transaction
• Cancellation must be made three (3) days before the event. Email gigsmnl@gmail.com of your Name, Transaction ID, and date of purchase confirmation. Cancellation made less than three days before the event will not be refundable
• Cancellation caused by force majeure is considered refundable 15 days after the event
